We hope that you love your new Saben piece and are completely satisfied with your order. If for any reason you wish to return or exchange your order or a portion of it, please notify us + return your items within 14 days of receiving your order.
Sale items are not eligible for returns or exchanges for any reason.
Returns not sent in their original condition, without a proof of purchase, or past 14 days will be accepted at our discretion only.
Your SABEN luggage is protected by a 5 Year Limited Warranty.
The warranty covers defects due to faulty materials or workmanship, subject to normal conditions of use. To claim under warranty, you will need to bring this product to the store of purchase along with proof of purchase. Any cost incurred by you in bringing this product to the service desk will be borne by you. We will then at our discretion, either repair or replace the product.
The 5 Year Warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, accidental damage, unreasonable use, improper handling or damage caused by a airline or travel carrier or loss of use consequential
damages.
It does not cover repairs attempted by unauthorised persons. If an airline or travel carrier damages your product contact them immediately to file a claim.

I previously bought the cabin bag & large suitcase for an O/S trip & this is to complete the set. I had taken my old ( but good quality ) med case out to use & it was so heavy , I ordered the Saben med case, much lighter & I love the styling.
This was the last missing piece of my suitcase collection, I now have all three sizes - and I’m very glad I bought it as the size is perfect for shorter work trip. These are such beautiful suitcases!
